Comfortable Stay with Dining Disappointment

During our three-night trip, the view from our King Room was amazing. Service in the restaurant fell flat, taking too long for drink orders. For better meals, consider exploring nearby dining. A lovely stay for the scenery, but dining needs improvement.

A good stay for 4 nights good view over the sea. Location not far from harbour side as well as casino, grocery & liqour store, and museum. Also, close to everything.

the location was convenient and unbeatable, you can visit museum of northern bc by walking. this hotel was located in a very appealing area. had facilities needed in my double room, including an electric fireplace, a nice coffee, and a lounge.

Can recommend for a fleeting pause

Comfortable room, excellent views, great restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options, making it an enjoyable stay overall while being centrally located for easy exploration and experiencing beautiful fireworks from the window.

No drawbacks at all.

The Crest Hotel is in a good city location, friendly helpful staff, is very comfortable (great spa-like bathroom), lovely dining room (delicious menu choices) and just a beautiful hotel. We have stayed there before, will stay there again and can honestly recommend Crest Hotel to anyone.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. The room we had with a city view was comfortable and came with all the necessary amenities. The dining experience in the restaurant was enjoyable as well, with good food and service.

The accommodations were excellent with great mountain views. The location was very central. I enjoyed the friendly front desk service. Dining options were good and included vegetarian choices. I had a wonderful stay for my family vacation 🌟

The room was quite spacious with great views of the mountains, exceeding my previous stays at other hotels. The dining options provided excellent vegetarian choices and the staff was super friendly.

hot tub was not clean

Very comfortable. Magnificent view of harbour activities (cruise ship docked right outside our window). Two eagles perched just outside our window.

Rather cramped in room, washroom. Internet service spotty. Neither a big deal.

Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable hotel with a central location close to the Cow Bay area.

The oceanside room was clean and offered fantastic views of boats coming and going. The staff and restaurant service were commendable. The initial room had a non-functional A/C, leading to downtime and discomfort, and the need for a fan was less than ideal. The tiny bathroom was a bit of a challenge, but the gym and laundry amenities were convenient.

Last time I stopped, had reasonably large room with a view. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was awesome. The location turned out to be great and lovely, short walk to cafe / restaurant, shops and the sea front.
